NBC’s comedy The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins is staging a 30 Rock reunion in its upcoming second season, with Tracy Morgan’s former co-stars Jane Krakowski and Scott Adsit joining as guest stars, according to casting news published on October 26, 2026.
Krakowski will play Angela Broyer, northern New Jersey’s interior decorator to the stars, who went to high school with Reggie and knew him back when he was dating Monica, played by Erika Alexander. Adsit will play Ed Sommers, a jolly local man who always plays Santa in the neighbourhood Christmas tree lighting ceremony, a position that Rusty, played by Bobby Moynihan, covets.
Morgan, Krakowski and Adsit starred together for all seven seasons of 30 Rock, making the reunion a deliberate nod to the show that made them a comedy ensemble. The season’s other guest stars include Edi Patterson as Lisa, the head of the homeowners’ association who has the final say on who plays Santa, Jason Mantzoukas as Peter Za, a zen-like music producer working on a video with Brina, and Andre De Shields as Vernon Bellow, a respected documentary filmmaker and mentor to Arthur, played by Daniel Radcliffe.
Guest-star reunions like this one are a familiar way for a second-season comedy to reward loyal viewers, and few ensembles invite nostalgia quite as readily as the 30 Rock cast.
