HDFC Bank does not run an IBPS-style Clerk or PO exam, and there is no single official “HDFC Bank Recruitment 2026” notification with a fixed vacancy count or last date. Hiring is role-based and continuous through the bank’s careers portal, plus structured fresher programmes. Claims of “10,500+ vacancies” are not backed by any official notification. Here is the verified picture.
Future Bankers 2.0 Program
The main fresher route is Future Bankers 2.0, a 12-month programme: 4 months of residential classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI in Bengaluru, 2 months of internship at an HDFC Bank branch, and 6 months of on-the-job training and probation, leading to a Personal Banker role at Deputy Manager grade. Eligibility is age 21–27 years and full-time graduation from a recognised university with 50% and above, with no blood relative working in HDFC Bank or its subsidiaries. On successful completion, candidates receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Relationship Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
Stipend and Salary
As per the current partner programme page, the stipend is Rs 5,000 per month during campus training, Rs 10,000 per month during the internship, and Rs 33,000 per month during probation, with a stated CTC of Rs 5,80,000 including incentives and benefits. The application fee stated on the partner page is Rs 250. Older third-party pages still quote a CTC of Rs 5.59 LPA and a programme fee around Rs 2.37 lakh plus taxes — treat those as stale and re-check the figures at the time of application.
Other Routes and How to Apply
HDFC Bank’s careers page also lists the ACE Bankers Program (for Customer Care roles in Retail Branch Banking) and the Agile Banker Program with BIFS Academy (leading to Personal Banker – Sales), plus entry-level Relationship Manager, Sales Officer, Customer Care Executive, Teller, Branch Banking and IT roles. Note that Relationship Manager listings vary from 0 to 5 years of experience, so it is not a guaranteed pure-fresher role — each posting’s experience requirement governs. Apply only through HDFC Bank’s official careers portal and the official programme pages linked from it. HDFC Bank does not charge for a job offer — any paid link or fee demand is fake.
