Swiggy employs lakhs of delivery partners across hundreds of Indian cities and also hires for corporate roles in technology, operations, sales and customer experience. Swiggy Careers in 2026 offers two very different doors: flexible delivery work you can start within days, and full-time office jobs you apply for like any other company. This guide covers both.
Delivery Partner Jobs
Delivery partners earn per-order payouts plus incentives; active partners in busy metro zones report monthly earnings commonly in the ₹25,000–40,000 range depending on hours worked, orders completed and peak-hour incentives — earnings vary by city and effort, and fuel/maintenance costs are your own. Benefits reported by the company include accident insurance cover for active partners. To join you need to be 18 or older, own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and vehicle documents, have a smartphone, Aadhaar, PAN and a bank account. Joining is through the Swiggy delivery partner app/website: register, upload documents, complete a short verification and training, collect the delivery kit and start accepting orders in your chosen zone and time slots.
Corporate Jobs
For office roles — engineering, product, design, business operations, sales and support — Swiggy hires through its official careers page (careers.swiggy.com) and LinkedIn. Eligibility depends on the role: tech roles need relevant degrees and skills, while many operations and sales roles accept any graduate with strong communication. Salaries are role-based and disclosed during the process.
Selection Process
Corporate hiring typically runs: application screening, recruiter call, functional/technical rounds, and a final culture/HR round. Swiggy never charges candidates any joining fee — for delivery joining, use only the official app and channels, not agents demanding money.
How to Apply
Delivery: search “Swiggy Delivery Partner” in your app store or visit the official partner page. Corporate: apply on careers.swiggy.com. For more options, see our Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2026 guide and browse all guides in the Jobs 2026 section on JYNEWS.
