बैंकों को सख्त आदेश
9 अक्टूबर 2026 को वित्त मंत्रालय ने सभी बैंकों को PM Surya Ghar Yojana के तहत लोन प्रोसेसिंग का समय 10 दिन से कम करने का आदेश दिया है। फिलहाल सरकारी बैंकों में यह 17 दिन और निजी बैंकों में 19 दिन लगता है।
लोन और सब्सिडी
- इंस्टॉलेशन लागत के लिए ₹2 लाख तक का कोलैटरल-फ्री बैंक लोन

60 लाख घरों का माइलस्टोन
अक्टूबर 2026 की शुरुआत तक 60 लाख लाभार्थी परिवार योजना से जुड़ चुके हैं। अब तक 50,99,781 रूफटॉप इंस्टॉलेशन, 17,855 MW आवासीय क्षमता और ₹33,642 करोड़ से ज्यादा सब्सिडी जारी हो चुकी है। MNRE सचिव के मुताबिक 85–90 लाख घरों तक पहुंचने की संभावना है।
