बिहार के किसानों के लिए बड़ी खबर! प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना (PMFBY) करीब 7 साल बाद एक बार फिर राज्य में लागू होने जा रही है। रबी सीजन 2026 से बिहार में योजना को जमीन पर उतारने की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है, और सहकारिता विभाग ने किसानों से 15 नवंबर 2026 से 15 जनवरी 2027 के बीच आवेदन मांगे हैं।
किसान सिर्फ इतना प्रीमियम दें — बाकी सरकार देगी
- खरीफ फसलें: बीमित राशि का सिर्फ 2.0%
- रबी फसलें: बीमित राशि का सिर्फ 1.5%
- व्यावसायिक/बागवानी फसलें: सिर्फ 5.0%
शेष actuarial प्रीमियम का 95–98.5% केंद्र और राज्य सरकार 1:1 ratio में वहन करती हैं।
क्या-क्या Cover होगा?
सूखा, बाढ़, ओलावृष्टि, तूफान, भूस्खलन, कीट/बीमारी, बिजली गिरना — खड़ी फसल का नुकसान, कटाई के बाद का नुकसान और local risks (जैसे ओलावृष्टि) भी कवर। युद्ध और nuclear risks बाहर हैं।
दावे का निपटारा — तेज और पारदर्शी
PMFBY का लक्ष्य फसल कटाई के 2 महीने के भीतर दावों का निपटारा करना है, ताकि किसान कर्ज के जाल में न फंसे। YES-TECH (technology-based yield estimation), CCE-Agri App, satellite imaging और drones से नुकसान का आकलन पारदर्शी तरीके से होता है।

- आवेदन की Last Date: 15 January 2027
- सीजन: Rabi 2026
किसानों को बीमा कराने के लिए करीब 2 महीने का समय मिलेगा। आवेदन CSC सेंटर, बैंक या PMFBY पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
