International: S. Jaishankar ने UNGA को संबोधित किया
26 September को विदेश मंत्री S. Jaishankar ने UN के 81वें Session में General Assembly को संबोधित किया. उन्होंने आतंकवाद, Global Conflict और Multilateral व्यवस्था से जुड़े मुद्दे उठाए. कहा — Terrorism को Normal बनाने और उसके परिणामों से बचने की कोशिश स्वीकार नहीं होगी. Terrorism Financing और उसे Support देने वालों के खिलाफ Zero Tolerance Policy की बात कही. Gaza / West Asia और Ukraine के Conflict पर चिंता जताई. Palestine के लिए अलग देश बनाने का समर्थन किया — Two-Nation Solution की बात कही. UNGA का 81वां Session 22 से 28 September तक चला, Theme: Restoring Trust, Managing Transformation, United Nations Delivers for All. Session की अध्यक्षता Bangladesh के Khalilur Rahman कर रहे हैं.
National: भारत की पहली LNG Train को हरी झंडी
27 September को गृह मंत्री Amit Shah ने Gujarat में ₹1,542 करोड़ की Rail Projects शुरू कीं. इसी दौरान भारत की पहली LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) Train को हरी झंडी दिखाई. एक बार Full Tank भरने पर ये Train 2,200 KM की दूरी तय कर सकती है. Engine LNG और Diesel दोनों पर चल सकता है — Fuel की मात्रा के हिसाब से Switch करेगा. Mehsana और Sabarmati के बीच करीब 8 महीने LNG Train का Trial हुआ. साथ ही ₹313.27 करोड़ की लागत से Sabarmati-Sarkhej Rail Line के 21 KM हिस्से को Double करने का काम शुरू — Target March 2028.
Resignation: Mehli Mistry ने Tata Medical Centre Trust से इस्तीफा दिया
27 September को Mehli Mistry ने Kolkata के Tata Medical Centre Trust से इस्तीफा दिया. Email के जरिए फैसले की जानकारी दी. कार्यकाल 30 September को खत्म हो रहा है. Tata Trusts के नए Chairman Noel Tata समेत परिवार के अन्य Trustees को भी Email भेजा. इससे पहले October 2025 में वे Tata Group के दो सबसे बड़े Trusts — Sir Dorabji Tata Trust और Sir Ratan Tata Trust — से हट चुके थे. Tata Medical Centre Kolkata बिना मुनाफे वाला 436-Bed Hospital है, जहां बेहद कम खर्च पर Cancer का Treatment होता है. स्थापना 2005 में, 16 May 2011 से मरीजों का Treatment शुरू.
भारत का पहला Port-Based E-Methanol Plant
26 September को Kandla (Gujarat) में भारत के पहले Port-Based E-Methanol Production Plant की आधारशिला रखी गई. लागत ₹2,300 करोड़. Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) पर बनेगा, प्रतिदिन 150 Ton E-Methanol (Green Fuel) बनेगा. DPA और Assam Petro-Chemicals Ltd (APCL) मिलकर विकसित करेंगे. आधारशिला Sarbananda Sonowal, CM Bhupendra Patel और CM Himanta Biswa Sarma ने रखी. लक्ष्य 2070 तक Net Zero Carbon Emitter बनना.
कन्नड़ Drummer Deva Shivamani का निधन
27 September को प्रसिद्ध कन्नड़ Percussionist Drummer Deva (Deva Shivamani) का निधन हो गया. वे 64 साल के थे — कन्नड़ संगीत जगत में ‘कन्नड़ के Shivamani’ के नाम से जाने जाते थे. 800 से ज्यादा Film Soundtracks में Drum बजाए. Ilaiyaraaja, Hamsalekha जैसे Music Directors के साथ काम किया. 2026 में Kala Ratna Award से सम्मानित हुए थे.
TRAI का नया नियम: 30-Day Recharge अनिवार्य
27 September को TRAI ने ‘Telecom Consumer Protection (13th Amendment) Regulations, 2026’ लागू किया. अब Telecom Companies के लिए 30 Days Validity वाले Recharge और Voice-Only Plan देना अनिवार्य. पहले 28 Days के Plan से साल में 13 बार Recharge करना पड़ता था. Reliance Jio, Airtel, BSNL और Vodafone Idea सभी पर लागू.
